CB Richard Ellis said two new leases had been signed for the Greater Johnstown Tech Park. The Tech Park is being built on a developed Brownfield site in downtown Johnstown. Expected completion of the 90,000-square-foot, three-story office building is next month.

Wells Real Estate Funds said CIGNA Corp. signed an expanded lease to 2020 at 3000 Park Lane in North Fayette in Pittsburgh's Parkway West Corridor. Intracorp, a subsidiary of CIGNA, leased a majority of the five-story, Class-A office building when it was acquired by a Wells investment fund in 2007. CIGNA has now agreed on a lease expanding into the entire 105,000-square-foot building over a period of 24 months, and running for an additional 10 years. Wells was represented by Tina Renee McCall, asset management, with Jeremy Kronman and Dan Sliger of CB Richard Ellis. CIGNA also was represented by CBRE, with Gerry Dudley, Jamie Pivarnik and Robert Zwengler.

John T. Boyd Co. leased 20,707 square feet at 4000 Town Center in Southpointe II. Horizon Properties Group LLC, developer of Southpointe II, owns 4000 Town Center. Southpointe II includes 1000 Town Center and the Southpointe Town Center retail development.

Landau Building Co. recently completed the Library Science Book Depository addition project at West Virginia University.

Sewickley Graphics & Design Inc. completed design and communication projects for new client accounts: Moon Township Economic Development -- Web site design and development, in partnership with G3 Technologies Inc.; and the Sewickley Vein Center -- brand identity, Web site design and development, stationery items, brochures and ad campaign.

Burns & Scalo Roofing was awarded roofing contracts for Garden Ridge No. 57 (Retail Garden Supply), Coraopolis; Wal-Mart, Ebensburg; LG Shopping Plaza, Pittsburgh; Robert Morris University, Franklin, Madison, Monroe, Adams, Gallatin, Hamilton and Hancock Halls, Coraopolis; Holy Spirit Friary (Franciscan University), Steubenville, Ohio; and Miracle Mile Shopping Center, No. 7-16, Monroeville.
